 Personally, I like to use Microsoft Word because most educators prefer for their students to use it and to submit documents from Microsoft Word for assignments. Microsoft Word is good because it has quite a few user-friendly features such as the Grammar editor which actively checks spelling, grammar, conciseness, etc. I do not prefer one word processing software over another, but one other word processing software that I have used and that I think is useful is Google Docs. Personally, I am comfortable with my ability to use Microsoft Word, but there are still features that I am unfamiliar with. The ISTE standard that is most meaningful to me is the standard of Collaborator because this is a standard which I utilize in my daily life. I find this standard important because I learn a lot from my peers and those who teach and mentor me and the information, I gain develops me. I think this standard is important for K-12 educators because I think there is always more for everyone to learn,

 Hello, my name is Kyle Gutierrez, and I am a freshman at Florida State University. My major is Education in Social Science, and I am passionate about humanities. I like sleeping, eating, and working out. My favorite movie is Your Name. A fun fact about me is that I have traveled out of the country before. I do have some experience using technology in the educational setting. My favorite programs to use are powerpoint, word, outlook, onenote, and canvas. I like to use kahoot as well as quizlet to help me study and memorize concepts. I am not so good at excel and I have beginner knowledge in using photoshop. To support my learning needs and my goals I regularly use programs like outlook, canvas, word, and onenote. I like these programs because they help me keep on top of my studies and make my educational experience better. As well as this, my personal learning network includes people. I rely on mentors, teachers, and friends to reach my goals and I use platforms like GroupMe, Instagram
